Calling all System Center Gurus. October readers need feeding!
Hey you! No, not that person behind you. YOU!!!
Want to be a real-life virtual guru? (pun intended)
Do you want to win the love and admiration of the community you work in?
You can win REAL virtual medals and prove your skills, in a competition that is judged by real Microsoft judges!
Gurus who continue to shine soon get noticed!
Oh yes! We're talking inner circles! Nominations! New horizons!
Step up and stand out!
All you have to do is add an article to TechNet Wiki from your own specialist field. Something that fits into one of the categories listed on the submissions page. Copy in your own blog posts, a forum solution, a white paper, or just something you had to solve for your own day's work today.
Drop us some nifty knowledge, or superb snippets, and become MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGY GURU OF THE MONTH!
This is an official Microsoft TechNet recognition, where people such as yourselves can truly get noticed!
HOW TO WIN
1) Please copy over your Microsoft technical solutions and revelations to TechNet Wiki.
2) Add a link to it on THIS WIKI COMPETITION PAGE (so we know you've contributed)
3) Every month, we will highlight your contributions, and select a "Guru of the Month" in each technology.
If you win, we will sing your praises in blogs and forums, similar to the weekly contributor awards. Once "on our radar" and making your mark, you will probably be interviewed for your greatness, and maybe eventually even invited into other inner TechNet/MSDN circles!
Winning this award in your favoured technology will help us learn the active members in each community.

Calling all BizTalk Gurus. October readers need feeding!
Hey you!

2 issues noticed with Build 14942 and the previous "fast release" build
1) OEM Stable Windows 10 allowed me to change screen resolution when HDMI was used. Now Change Resolution is not selectable, its grayed out
2) I have screen saver set to None. Under power options I have it set to shut the screen off after 2 minutes while plugged in. Recently,, I would go through my normal routine and find my Surface Pro 4 shut down. I have gone through the advanced power options and there is nothing set to shut down the computer, and also no error reports for these shutdowns.
Thanks

I have switched my Insider back to Win 10 Pro RTM because in the last 2 insider builds, sfc /scannow was busted.
This new build is said to have fixed that issue.
Will someone after installing the new build please confirm that ?
Thank you.
If it is fixed, I would like to go back to Insider version.

14942 installed.
1. As always, system protection needs to be re-configured.
2. Restore points are erased. Need to create new ones.
3. As promised, sfc /scannow issue is fixed.
4. Control Panel is removed from the list when Right click at Start button. It is replaced by Settings.
