Group Policy Management Editor and Outlook 2007

Why is it I am not able to turn on filtering in Group Pol Editor when i have outlook running??
how can I figure out what is causing group pol to hang and how do i let the developers know??
i figure this site should be as good as any.

I am running Vista Enterprise x64
Outlook 2007 with the Outlook Connector for Hotmail acocunts
Group Policy Management Editor

as soon as i hit the filter icon under Administrative Templates the program hangs and i recive the following error...
this only happens when outlook is open.

movie play error

Hello!

I have a problem when im trying to open and play a movie files (.avi, mpeg).

I have downloaded samples from c#-corner and codeproject. I have the same problem there. I get the error

Hi,

Please set a breakpoint at: movie = new Video(openFileDialog1.FileName); and check if the filename is correct.
