Sharepoint N/w Traffic

I having Shareoint 2007 And another 3rd party application in Same Server. Both Server's Having the SQL as the Back End.
Moss 2007 - SQL 2005(Named Instance)
3rd Party   -  SQL 2000(Default)
I having Two 1 Gb N/w Cards in My Server.Is there any option to Divert Network Traffic into Two Nic's.
